We are two engineers who want to help other engineers and technical professionals have better careers! We cut through the fluff and focus on the actual, concrete research to identify things we can do to make work more enjoyable, better manage others, and find purpose in what we do.
Haylee – I studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M (whoop!) where I was President of the Student Engineering Council. From that experience I grew passionate about helping engineers grow their skills and abilities and gained a strong desire to understand what made good managers and leaders. After multiple internships at major players in the Aerospace industry and a couple years as a Technology Consultant I moved to London to complete a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior, striving to learn all I could Leadership and Workplace Behavior.
Jordan – I studied Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University then moved to Texas where I met Haylee! I spent 5+ years working as an engineering consultant and project engineer in the Oil & Gas industry. In these positions I had vast opportunities to train clients as well as new hires and I saw the need for improved training throughout the engineering field. For this reason I moved to London to work on a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior so I could understand what it takes to educate and engage employees in their work.
